The Parish Board of Directors is the governing body of the “ Our Lady of the Valley Roman Catholic Parish - Green Valley ” as formed under the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws documents established with the parish incorporations within the Diocese of Tucson as of January 2006

| Our Lady of the Valley Parish Finance Committee
"The finance council meets the third Monday at 1 pm of each month. Any parishioner is welcome to attend this open meeting. The council reviews the monthly and year-to-date operating statement and balance sheet along with other specifically requested financial information. The council also gets involved with issues that have financial impact such as approval of unusual or large expenditures, review and approve contracts, etc." |

Francisco Maldonado Pastor Robert Carroll, Chairman Loretta Halboth Cheryl Ponzo Jerry Bodine Mrs. Gertrude Raymond Ron Sorenson Pastoral Council This Parish Pastoral Council is formed under the Our Lady of the Valley Roman Catholic Parish - Green Valley Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws, the Code of Canon Law 204, 208, 511-514, 536, and 537, Decree on Pastoral Office of Bishops in the Church #27 and Decree on the Apostolate of the Laity #26, and is a consultative body for the Pastor and is regulated by the norms laid down by the Diocesan Bishop and the Parish Pastor. The Council is organized to promote the implementation of the mission, investigate and weigh matters which bear on pastoral activity, and formulate practical conclusions regarding them, Provide help to the Pastor in fostering pastoral action and planning.
