The display of Items in The Narthex, and the recruiting, selling, or promoting activities on Our Lady of the Valley property need to be approved.

• All Ministries, groups, and individuals need to complete the approval form available in the Parish Office or by printing out the form from the Website.
  
• All requests for selling, recruiting, and promoting of activities on Church property need to be scheduled through the Parish Office.
  
• Any Items not previously approved are subject to removal.
