Liturgical Ministries

Acolytes
Acolytes (altar servers) prepare for the celebration of Mass, serve the priest during Mass and clean up after Mass.  Individual training is provided. Contact Linda Johnson at 648-6788 for information.

Eucharistic Ministers
EM's assist the priest with the distribution of the Eucharist. Special training is provided for this ministry. Contact Garth & Norma Greenbaum at 399-0466 for information.

Funeral Coordinator
Contact Judy Sender at 625-4536, ext. 109 to arrange for a funeral or memorial service.

Greeters
Greeters welcome parishioners to weekend and special Masses.  Roy Sender at 625-4560 can be contacted for more information.

Lectors
Lectors proclaim the scripture readings designated for each Mass. They also read the intercessions and announcements. For information, call Margaret Glaser at 624-4536, ext. 102.

Music Ministry
Our parish has two choirs: the Alleluia Choir which sings at weekend Masses October through May and at special liturgical events such as Thanksgiving, Christmas and Holy Week. Weekly rehearsals are held. The Resurrection Choir sings at funeral/memorial Masses throughout the year. Rehearsals are held one hour before each service. Ushers
Ushers seat people for the celebration of Mass. They take up the collection and are available in case of emergencies. Chuck Grendys, 303-3055, will answer questions concerning ushers.

Wedding Coordinator
Linda Johnson prepares the liturgy for weddings and holds practice sessions. She will be contacted by the Pastor or Marriage Preparation coordinator when preparation for the wedding is to take place.
