Board of Directors
Our Lady of the Valley is incorporated within the Diocese of Tucson. Its
Board of Directors consists of:
The Bishop of the Diocese of Tucson, the Vicar General, the Pastor of
Our Lady of the Valley and two appointees who serve for a three year
term. Currently the appointees are Helen Stewart and Gary Kissinger.
Parish Pastoral Council
This is a group of parishioners, elected or appointed by the pastor, who
serve as a consultative body to the pastor.

Finance Committee
This group functions as an advisory board to the pastor regarding the
raising and expenditure of funds. Members are appointed by the pastor.
Building Committee
This is a standing committee appointed by the pastor to assist in
formulating a facilities plan for the parish.
